- Ribbon Menu
-
All Coral authoring, recording and publishing functions can be accessed via a ribbon menu in PowerPoint 2007 or via a toolbar in PowerPoint 2003 and XP.
The Coral Ribbon Menu can be expanded to advanced mode so that you can enrich your content with callouts, attachments and custom tabs. At the same time, you can build your own Coral Presenter Player template with customized labels and colors.
- Enhance content with Callouts
-
Use Callouts in Coral Presenter to emphasize key points for your audience. These animated effects bring more interactivity to your content and improves the effectiveness of the training.
- Attach file to a slide or the whole presentation
-
You can use Coral Presenter to attach a file to a slide as a supplement learning material. When published, all added attachments can be easily downloaded in a single package.
- Create a Custom Tab
-
You can insert a custom tab for a separate section of content within the same presentation. It enables you to organiz all supplementary materials or information more systematically.
- Build your own Coral Presenter Player
-
You can build your own Coral Presenter Player templates and apply your preferred colour scheme. You can also customize the button labels of the player.
- Powerful audio recording feature
-
Simply return to your first slide, click on the Coral Presenter menu within PowerPoint, then select Record Narration. The Record Narration menu window will appear in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
Press the Record button to start recording. When you have finished recording, click on the Stop button to stop recording.
To review audio recording for the slide, click the Preview button.
You can also add WAV or MP3 audio files to the slide and synchronize the voice with animation easily. The countdown counter enables you to control the length of the narration for each slide.
- Preview your work
-
You can opt to preview the whole presentation or you can preview your slides one-by-one, making it easier to edit each slide to get the desired effect for your presentation.
This unique feature enables you to speed up your content preparation process, eliminating the need to publish the entire presentation before viewing just one or a few slides.
- Publish your work
-
You can publish the whole presentation or you can specify which slides to include or exclude – depending on your needs – with Coral Presenter's easy-to-use Publish Wizard.
This is very useful when you want to customize or adapt the same content for different groups of learners.
