How does it work?
Coral Presenter works directly within PowerPoint, allowing you to use PowerPoint's powerful authoring features to publish Flash-based content. Coral Presenter allows you to enrich your presentation with additional features such as narration, attachments, callouts, your own content in custom tabs, as well as Flash-based quizzes.

What versions of PowerPoint work with Coral Presenter?

Does Coral Presenter work with any type of operating system?

The Coral Installation Wizard tells me that I need the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). When I try to rectify the problem, I am directed to the website that distributes the JRE. How will I know what to download?
Among the listed items, choose "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10" which is described as "The Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications." Click on the corresponding Download button, then download the files marked as "Required".

How can I purchase Coral Presenter?

Does it come with a product manual?
The product manual is available from the installed Coral Presenter. While using MS PowerPoint, just click the button "Coral Help" from the Coral menu. You should be able to access the full manual on system requirements, publishing a Flash-based presentation, how to use Coral player and troubleshooting common problems. Alternatively, you can email your questions to our technical consultants at support@bermuda-scientific.com.

I just bought a new notebook/computer, how can I re-install Coral Presenter into my new machine?
You can download the installer from the product website, and re-install it on your new machine. Just click on the "Downloads" button to access our Downloads page. However, in order to activate Coral Presenter after installing it in your new machine, you will need to enter an un-used license key. If you had already used your license key on your old machine, please email us at support@bermuda-scientific.com together with your contact information and the used license key(s). We will then contact you to provide further instructions.

I registered for the trial download and provided my email address but I haven't received any message with the download link. What should I do?
Usually you will receive the email message with the download link immediately but delays due to disruptions to internet traffic can occur occasionally so please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If the message has still not arrived after a few minutes, please look in your 'spam' or junk mail folder (if you have one) to check that it has not been wrongly evaluated as 'spam' by filtering software. If the message is not found then please send a message to support@bermuda-scientific.com asking for the download link.
